It's not rocket science: put a good product on the field, provide good service in the ballpark, do positive community and media promotions. Above all do not trash your ballpark and host city!

Well, according to this article, there are everal MLB teams in financial problems...looks like Bud is starting to lose control of his chosen few "good" men...and the teams in trouble are all large market teams with no attendance problems.
