the waterfront was never a good option the Raiders are leaving period the option is to tear down mt Davis and rebuild as Baseball only park, it would be a minimal cost with new hotels shops ect around that area and you already have Bart right there.

The issue has never been whether Oakland makes sense - of course it does. Selig has worked for years to get the A's out of Oakland. And of course the Giants want all of N California to themselves.

I see this as good news now you can concentrate on the task at hand kick the Raiders out they made it clear they want to go and remodel the coliseum, its a great location close to south bay sacto ect easy accsess to parking the city owns lots of land around the area the redevlopment has already started , build condos , shops hotels even a convention center get it done!!!!

San jose is broke its a pipe dream you can still get corp money in Oakland my god !!!! Oak can sell some land to finance this deal .
san jose lost there gov $$$$ to there in same boat but Oak has the county to help in gettin this deal done they dont want an empty coliseum do they? nope the Warriors are locked in screw um or let em pay its like 50 million i think . kiss the Traiters goodbye to Santa Clara
