testing is random and at almost every football (soccer) match, refusal to give a test or miss a scheduled test results in the same as a positive.

they also have one of the most extensive lists of substances banned from their sport.

they also maintain the right to publish any positive results players may receive.

discipline is outlined at:

1st infringement: automatic ban of all matches at all levels for at least 6 months. plus a fine of 10,000.

2nd infringement: (2 within 5 years): suspension from 12 months at all levels, plus fine of 15,000.

further infringements may results in total ban from all organized football.

now that is tough. a sport that truly takes pride in not cheating, on any level.
