When is the next topic posted "Harden back on the DL" be up after this weekend.

I've almost but given up on Harden being any part of this rotation long term, he's just the AL's version of Prior and Wood...although Harden at least when he pitches is still dominant unlike those other two.

If the A's wanted to use Harden as trade bait, this is the time to showcase him.

He'll most likely be on a low (60-70) pitch count. Just hope he makes it thru that healthy.

Baby steps (on eggshells).

this is a mistake Harden should be a set up guy or the new closer this would be better suited for him only 2 inn max, he blows people away in the short stint, again the a's brass misses it with this guy and will prob ruin him for the yr.

I don't think Harden can pitch in a game more than once a week.

This offense is offensive - hey, what do you know? A base hit and it's only the 5th inning!!

I just hope Harden feels OK tomorrow.

DiNardo looked great, but the offense stinks.

Even the wild card is looking bleak...

I've been wanting Harden to become the closer since 2005. He and Street could be one heck of a 1-2 tandem.

As expected. Harden's shoulder is not right...
he is going to the the Angel's doctor, Lewis Yocum..

I dont think Harden is built to play baseball. Even as a reliever he probably cant get through a half season.

Should've traded him last offseason, as I thought they had the chance to.

I don't know if the Blanton-Rios rumors were true but if the A's could swapped Blanton for Harden, that deal would look like a steal right now as Harden is injury prone and Rios is the RH all star caliber bat we NEED.

Is it a surprise that the last two time the A's made the playoffs, they had a RH stick who could hit you a legit 30 HRs and 100 RBIs to somewhat balance this LH lineup in Tejada/Thomas.
